Before I start this, I just want to set the record straight: No More Heroes 2 is my FAVORITE game on the Wii. It was amazing to play and I'm definitely going to go through Boss Rush Mode and play again on Bitter, but there are some things that need to be said first. I'm fully aware that I'm the only one who's going to read this, but I just need to get some things off my chest.
First off, why the hell were there only 15 boss fights when you were ranked 51st? I know going in to the game there weren't going to be 50 boss fights, but, we couldn't have gotten 25 or 30? I also knew going into this that there was going to be a massive jump to the 25th rank after one boss fight, which I was fine with. That left 24 above me to fight. But, I had no idea that after fighting Dr. Letz Shake, (which was a battle royale where DLS killed everybody before you) I would be #10. You think the jumping would end there, but Henry goes and kills 3 of the top ten to make Travis #5! If it was going to happen like that, then Travis should've started from 21.
Second thing, why was there only 4 weapons? Rose Nasty will go down as my favorite weapon in any game, but they were really the last beam katana you got? Dr. Naomi barely served a purpose in this game.
Last thing for right now, WHY WAS THE ENDING SO FREAKING SERIOUS? The reason I loved NMH1 was because of the crazy ending boss fight. Not only did you fight your half sister, but you fought your half brother in the best battle in the game. I just don't understand why Suda51 gave us a Killer7 like ending. You really have to interpret yourself what happened at the end to understand it.
Overall though, I thought NMH2 was a vast improvement over the original. My full review will come soon.

Almost here
Tuesday is the day. No, not for Mass Effect 2, No More Heroes 2 is the sequel I want. It's hard to believe that the game I wanted since October 2008 is finally about to come out. I haven't been this excited for a game since Persona 4. It's been a while, huh. Sure, I was happy when I got Sands of Destruction or Magnacarta 2, but No More Heroes 2 is the first game in a while that I just want to tear into. It sucks that I have to work a 5 day week, the first time this year, just to get to the weekend. My plan is to work tomorrow, wake up EARLY Tuesday, get to GameStop at opening, pick the game up, and hopefully get home by 11, so I have a good two hours to play it before I have to go to work. Work my 5 hour shift and then play it ALL night. The Wii is definitely coming in my room for the week. I hope that this lasts me until FF13 and Resonance of Fate (yeah right) come out on March 9th, but it probably won't. I plan on putting 20 hours into it this week, even with work. And knowing me, I still won't have it beat. It's also weird that I have to work a full week, and the Rumble is this weekend. Life usually does that to me, where I have some giant obstacle to get to what I want. Well, all I have to do is make it through Monday and I'll be playing NMH2 on Tuesday. NMH2 will definitely help me get through this crazy week.
I've been playing Eat Lead and Rise of the Argonauts in the middle weeks of January. Eat Lead was great. It was repetitive, but I loved the overall humor of the game. Rise of the Argonauts is pretty good. It's no Mass Effect, but it's a pretty nice experience. It does have A LOT of talking, but the action is superb. I was playing Legends of Wrestlemania, but the disc I received from GameFly was messed up. There was chips of the discs missing on the side, so I hope that I get a new copy this week.
Alright, Royal Rumble picks. I got an odd feeling Smackdown is going to win it this year. I can't see back-to-back heels winning the Rumble, but I'm going to say Jericho or Punk is going to win the Rumble. If Edge comes back, Edge. I don't want Edge to come back as #30 and then winning. I think Jericho should get a low number, like 7 or even 1, and dominate all that come in, until #10, which is Edge. They fight, and are apart of the Final Four, along with DX. That's if Edge comes back. If not, I think the Final Four are going to be Cena, HBK, Punk, and Jericho.

My first non-wrestling post of 2010
In this post, I will not talk about WWE and their current exploits. I just want to talk about what I've been playing lately and that such.
I recently played Condemned again. When I first played it for 360 back in 2008, I thought it was an amazing game. I got it from GameFly, and for me, if I don't beat a GF game in a month, I will just send it back. That's what happened with Condemned. I finally beat Condemned this morning and the ending scene freaked me out. So, did Ethan become the thing he just killed, The Hate? I didn't like how the first game didn't expand on the creatures. Where the hell did they come from? I started playing Condemned 2, but I got 30 minutes, so I hope this game goes in depth with why the monsters are haunting Ethan.
Next week, Sands of Destruction comes out. I've been waiting for this game since they announced it back in 2008 (same with No More Heroes 2). It looks like a great new RPG for the DS, and I could always use another great DS RPG. Glory of Heracles also comes the for the DS this month and it looks pretty awesome too. GOH is gonna have to wait because I don't have money for NMH2, SOD, and the Royal Rumble.

The cards are in place
Well, looks like Bret Hart VS Vince McMahon is what WWE is trying set up for at Wrestlemania 26. HBK and Hart so called 'buried the hatchet' last night as they hugged in the middle of the ring. Well, that's one reason to look forward to Mania. Alright, that's one rumored match that is going to happen. Somehow, Orton beat Kingston in a great one-on-one match, officially ending his push. Where does The Legacy storyline go from here? I think Legacy will be among the last 6 in the Rumble and it will look like Orton will win again, when DiBiase turns on him and Rhodes, setting up a DiBiase VS Rhodes match maybe at NWO, then Orton VS DiBiase at WM. Or at Elimination Chamber, have DiBiase pin Cody and Orton in the Raw EC. Hmm, so many possibilities. It also looks like HBK and Taker will have their rematch. The question is: Will DX still be Unified Tag Team Champions? Or will they drop them to The Hart Dynasty? Will Sheamus stay champion until Wrestlemania? He'll probably face Cena where is Sheamus gets himself DQed, he'll lose the title. I can't see Cena walking into Wrestlemania as champion, so I got to give it to Sheamus. Seeing Sheamus VS Triple H at Mania would be pretty good, and if Sheamus was to win, that would be great for his career. Look what it did for Cena. If Sheamus does face Triple H for the title, will HBK's match with Taker be for the World Title? I would love to see a Title/Streak VS Career Match. That would make the match that much better. OK, those are the two title matches, you got Hart/McMahon, Orton/DiBiase. There was also talk of an Edge/Jericho match. That could only happen if Edge, actually comes back and wins the Rumble and Jericho wins the title in Smackdown's EC. That seems more likely, and then Taker and HBK could do just a Streak VS Career match. But, if those happen, where does that put Raw's top dog Cena and Smackdown's monster heel Batista at? Maybe The Rock will really come back to face Cena. LMFAO! Sometimes I say crazy things.
I recently bought Condemned 1 and 2, and Chronicles of Riddick: Assault of Dark Athena. I never beat Condemned 1, and they're were both really cheap so I bought them. COR was a game I always wanted to play on 360, but the price was too steep for me. At 20 bucks, it's an absolute steal now. The fact you get a remastered version of Butcher Bay is enough for me. These games (plus Darkside Chronicles and the countless RPGs and games I have for DS) will tie me over until for next couple of weeks. Sands of Destruction finally comes out next week, then Glory of Heracles comes out on the 18th, which came out of nowhere I might add. And finally, January 26th, No More Heroes 2 ships out. I'm definitely going to pick that game up on the 27th and run home to play it. It's one of my most anticipated releases this year and will probably be one of the best Wii games this year along with Arc Rise Fantasia and Epic Mickey. February is going to be the month I play all those new games. If Deadly Premonition comes out on the 23rd like Gamestop says, I'll pick it up. March is a HUGE RPG month. According to Gamestop, Resonance of Fate and Final Fantasy XIII come out the same day. I really don't think Sega would release the game against a juggernaut like FF, so I wouldn't be surprised if it got pushed back a couple of months. Then, on the 23rd, Strange Journey comes out for the DS. SMT is the only series that I get to play yearly now, so another new game in the series is always good. If they could just announce a new Persona or a new main series SMT game for a next-gen system, I would go crazy.

Happy New Year!
A new year, a new you, right? I'm still going to play games and watch wrestling, and both are looking good for the new year.
MONDAY, MONDAY, MONDAY! What a treat for wrestling fans on January 4th. Whichever mainstream company you like, you're in for a huge treat. TNA has one of the biggest names in professional wrestling history, Hulk Hogan, leading TNA into a new era of wrestling. They're coming on at 8 PM for a three hour Raw, which has many surprises in store. Rumors are going around that there are a lot of new people coming into TNA, which will help them greatly. WWE has a huge RAW that rivals every other RAW in the past decade. Orton and Kingston kick the new year off ending their feud with a PPV quality match on Raw. The match they had at TLC was exciting and fast paced. Kingston is pretty much guaranteed to win, so Orton can start his feud with DiBiase or Rhodes. Also, Raw has DX VS Jeri-Show III. I hope this is the last match between these two teams and I'm pulling for Jeri-Show to win. If DX wins, I can see a screw job involving Raw's guest host. For the first time in 12 years, Bret Hart returns to the ring to guest host Monday Night Raw. These are indeed the last days as Hart returns. With his return, I can see Hart Dynasty getting a title shot right after DX beats Jeri-Show, setting up for some Wrestlemania possibilities.
There are a lot of Wrestlemania match possibilities and I'm really excited for WM26. I was reading some rumors for some matches, and I think this has the making of a great Wrestlemania. According to rumors, some matches lined up are HBK/Taker 2, Bret Hart/Vince, Triple H/Sheamus, Edge/Jericho, and Orton/DiBiase. Looking at that card, that's an instant buy. Add the Money in the Bank with Morrison, Kingston, Bourne, Ziggler, Miz, Benjamin, Punk, and Tatsu and you've got an AMAZING card. Looking at the rumored main event matches, Taker/HBK and Edge/Jericho look like the two big matches of the event. I really can't see Sheamus staying champion until Wrestlemania and where are Cena and Batista in these main events? The easiest one to see is Hart/Vince, since that's 12 years in the making. HBK/Taker sounds good, but they can't top their Wrestlemania classic. I think a Triple Threat match with Triple H/Sheamus/Cena sounds easy to do. If Edge doesn't come back at the Rumble, then Jericho should go ahead and face Taker. But, if the rumored matches do come true, that would be an epic Wrestlemania. But, let's be realistic. This is the Wrestlemania WWE will probably do.
DX VS The Hart Dynasty
Orton VS DiBiase
HBK VS Taker

But, we will see. I do hope Sheamus is involved with the Raw main event at Wrestlemania.
