The first PPV on the Road to Wrestlemania XXX! I know, it's a whole year but whatever. Surprisingly, there isn't many rematches from WM on the card. Let's just get right into it.
Jericho gets a rematch with the man who upset him at Mania, Fandango. I'm really starting to become a fan of Fandango. I think he'll go far this year. Next year? I don't know. Hopefully his buzz won't go out. Anyway, Fandango hasn't been pinned or made to submit so maybe they'll keep that streak alive? I'm thinking so so I'm going to Fandango to beat Jericho again. I mean, that's all Jericho is there for anyway right? To push the youth? Another victory and Fandango could go on to the next. Maybe a feud with Miz or a returning Christian? Or maybe he'll battle for the United States championship? That is, if Kofi is STILL champion after Sunday...
AMBROSE IS GETTING A SHOT AT SINGLES GOLD!! The Shield have a huge night come Sunday as all members have a chance to walk out with championship gold. Ambrose has been working his butt off in singles matches and putting on good matches. It only makes sense that HE'S the one to be giving the singles title shot to. It seems to me that Kofi only won the championship because, as the dirtsheets have reported, Cesaro is boring. The hell is creative smoking? Anyway, if Kofi is only champion because of that, it's time to pack his bags. Dean Ambrose wins the US Title.
The Shield VS Team Hell No will be an all out war and probably the best match on the card. Thank GOD it's a Tornado match. I don't need to go too much into this but I fully expect The Shield to finally dethrone Team Hell No and win the titles. Hopefully after this, we'll see a Bryan/Ziggler feud. Maybe? Possibly? I'll pray. The match I'm looking forward to most.
Henry/Sheamus and Show/Orton. I could care less about. I'll just pick Orton and Henry for kicks.
Del Rio and Swagger have the match they should have had in the first place; their feud ender. It obviously makes no sense for Swagger/Ziggler AKA two heels to wrestle each other so Del Rio gets the obvious nod here.
Lesnar/HHH 3. Don't care. HHH wins.
Ryback and Cena is interesting but rushed. They could have waited for a SummerSlam showdown if they wanted. Since it's a LMS match, Ryback won't look too bad in defeat so I'm going with Cena for the win. Super Cena will make his return here. I don't know how he'll put him down but he will. Maybe duck tape will play a hand again?
I'm not really looking forward to this PPV, except for The Shield matches. It's just not grabbing my attention without my main boy CM Punk. Not to mention there is no Wade Barrett or Antonio Cesaro who are two of my favorites. I'm just not invested in this PPV. Oh well, just hope The Shield walks out with A LOT of gold!
