Del Rio's champ again!

No long post tonight, as I don't think the PPV is worth me breaking down each match. Here's a quick synopsis of HIAC. Christian and Sheamus have a good opening contest. Not a show stealer but not horrible. Sheamus gets the victory and hopefully a future World Title match. Sheamus/Henry at Vengeance, book it. Sin Cara match was a train wreck. Air Boom got a victory in an average WWE Tag Title match against Zig Swag. They're still the team to beat. In another World Title shocker, Mark Henry defeats Randy Orton with the WSS and retains. No surprise return here unfortunately and the match was pretty forgettable to be honest. They didn't really use the cell that much and it kind of ruined the match because of it. Oh well, Henry is still the champ! One of my favorite wrestlers came out and revealed his 'new' version of the IC Title which is the old one, but it still looks amazing. Rhodes then got into an impromptu with doghouse Morrison and gets a victory in dress pants. Good performance by the future World Heavyweight Champion. Beth FINALLY defeats Kelly and wins her 1st Divas Title. Congrats girl. Now, for the main event.

Alberto Del Rio REGAINS the WWE Championship in the main event of Hell in a Cell after some very VERY crafty heel tactics. Good main event and Del Rio pins Punk again, only furthering my suspicions of a match for the title between the two at Survivor Series alive. Del Rio has pinned Punk TWICE for the WWE Championship. Don't you think they are going to bring that up? Book it for Survivor Series. Then, Miz and Truth destroy everybody and eventually get arrested. I'm trying to see a Miz/Truth VS Cena/HHH match at Vengeance. Or a Miz/HHH match, something. What happens next? Who knows? Cena/Del Rio on Raw OR Vengeance? Where's Punk involved in all this? Will someone else step up? Guess we'll find out tomorrow night.

Anyway, average PPV. Sheamus/Christian, Tag Title match, Rhodes/Morrison, and the main event were all pretty good, but not the best. Well, except the main event. It was pretty awesome and the ending was even better. They said SummerSlam was a one match PPV, THIS surely was. WWE is building up to Survivor Series in a big way and I can't wait. Will Triple H compete with Rock and Cena to take on Miz, Truth, and their team? Here's hoping.
